Product Overview： 
  EIA series device is media Gateway provide voice/fax (VoIP/FoIP) on base of IP network.It is important part to provide VoIP/FoIP solving for carriers,enterprises ,and personal users, manufactured by Allywll info&tech co,. ltd. Under the control of calling control center,EIA can realize the switch function from ordinary phone sound switch to IP package, and communicates via Internet.
EIA2000 provides the following interfaces:
  - N-channel 10Base-T Ethernet port: This port can be connected to the LAN or be connected to Internet broadband interface. EIA2001 provides 2-channel 100Base-TX Ethernet port. EIA2002 provides 4-channel 10Base-T Ethernet port. EIA2004/2008/2016 provides 1-channel 10Base-T Ethernet port.
- 1/2-/4-/8-/16-channel ordinary telephone port: Ordinary telephone ports include FXS and FXO. FXS port is connected to the telephone and facsimile set. FXO port is connected to the user line of PSTN network.
- One-channel USB serial port: This port is connected to the debug terminal or billing terminal.
Product Function :
EIA2000 voice access gateway has the following functions:
- Flexible networking: It is suitable for complicated enterprise network environment.
- EIA2000 can be located behind ADSL MODEM, and run PPPoE protocol automatically to start the enterprise Internet interface. The connection can be re-dialed automatically after PPPoE disconnection.
- EIA2000 supports the Client protocol that supports DHCP and DNS. It runs in the LAN with IP addresses dynamically allocated by DHCP Server.
- EIA2000 can penetrate the enterprise internal firewall and NAT equipment. Multiple EIA2000 can run simultaneously without interference in the LAN of NAT.
- Network configuration is simple.
- Provision of all-around security mechanism: The service reliability is improved.
- Support of 802.1q and 802.1p: Priority of voice/data flow and VLAN label can be set to improve the service protection ability.
- Guaranty of voice services in the enterprise: When the uplink Internet interface is disconnected, EIA2000 equipment can be used for enterprise internal voice services through the PSTN line.
- Service backup in the call control center: When the system is attacked, EIA2000 can switch fast. The influence on the service is minimal.
- Multiple maintenance modes
- Simple operation and management: WEB configuration terminal and phone set configuration method are provided for EIA2000 equipment.
- Local/remote monitoring and diagnosis: Through serial port or Telnet mode, monitoring and diagnosis of EIA2000 can be performed locally or remotely.
- Support of patch and auto upgrade function. When software of EIA2000 equipment is upgraded, use of service is not affected.
- Provision of enterprise PBX group telephone and fax services
- Decrease of charge: If enterprise branch offices have Internet interface like ADSL and broadband, employees of any two branch offices can call each other without being charged. The toll call from the enterprise to its branch office is charged like a local call. Therefore, the call charge is greatly decreased.
- Support of T.38 realtime fax: Several pages can be faxed consecutively with high definition.
- Support of telephone services like calling number, hooking, call transfer, hotline, FXO port authority.
- High voice quality: The effect of IP call voice is equivalent to that of PSTN call. Support multiple ITU-T decoding standards like G.711, G.729A, and G.723.1. Support dynamic jitter buffer management, echo cancellation (ITU-T G.168/165), packet compensation technology, voice activity detection (VAD), and CNG.
- Excellent interworking with enterprise traditional PBX phones: Dialing rules are simple, like a traditional phone.
- Small occupation of Internet bandwidth: All ports of equipment can be used for conversation at the same time. For example, EIA2016 support 16-channel conversation at the same time.
